Refund policy

Here is our refund policy! 

 

For any orders with shipping delays or factory delays are out of our hands, thus we can only offer store credit since your item is still coming just delayed, and we do not carry backstock. 

 

However, for any orders with wrong items. missing items, or defective is our fault and you will be refunded. 

 

We want to keep everything fair, we want to help you out but things can happen and its out of our hands.
